Winemakers in Canneto Pavese

It is situated in Vergomberra of Canneto Pavese and it already keeps rooms from the first Verdi's cellar, where some barrels of oak are situated for maturity of some of the red wines. The storage rooms of the white wines and of same of the red ones are all thermo conditioned. For the wine-making of the red ones we follow the traditional method, without neglecting the best contribution of the modern ethnological technology, to keep the distinctive feature of the smell and taste that made famous the wines of Oltrepo Pavese. For the winemaking of the white ones, the hand harvesting is made in cassettes to preserve the entireness of the grapes. The pressing follows softly and the fermentation is in thermo conditioned rooms. The bottling follows a modern line, with a micro-filtering and sterile installation.
